DESCRIPTION:Join us in Part 2 of: Negotiating Conflict to a Happy Resolution \nEver wonder how to deal with “difficult” coworkers who just won’t do what you need? One answer is to negotiate with them. This workshop offers several conflict resolution techniques that arise from negotiations skills. These skills will help you better find win-win resolutions with your coworkers at WSU. Not only will you learn about these skills\, you will get the chance to practice them in a role-play negotiation during the two-day workshop. And no negotiation skills are needed to attend the workshop! \nCourse Instructor: Dr. Thomas M. Tripp \nDr. Thomas M. Tripp is a Professor of Management at Washington State University\, serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the Carson College of Business at Washington State University. Professor Tripp is an internationally renowned expert in workplace conflict. For the past 30 years\, he has published dozens of scientific papers on workplace conflict\, and especially on workplace revenge and forgiveness. He is co-author of the 2009 book\, Getting Even: The truth about workplace revenge — and how to stop it. \nAt WSU\, Professor Tripp teaches business courses in leadership skills and negotiation skills.
