Monday, April 10th – Gentle Chair Yoga
With Cassondra Yarlott, UREC Yoga Instructor & Assistant Director of Operations, WSU Access Center
Join this remote Yoga class from the comfort of your own space. In this low-intensity yoga class, we will modify and conduct all poses and stretches while seated, making this a great option for beginners or those needing additional support. This is also suitable for those wanting to supplement their work day with a quick mid-day mindfulness and stretching break, perhaps on the office chair. We will work to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness and complete our yoga practice feeling resilient and refreshed.
