Based on research from positive psychology and cognitive behavioral training, 9x author and Mental Performance Coach, Collin Henderson shares his experience as a two sport division-I student-athlete (Go Cougs!) and medical sales professional who struggled and overcame self-doubt and crippling anxiety.
Learn the skills and drills to develop an elite mindset, inner-belief, and resilience. Coach Collin believes in prehab, not just rehab. You can’t just train your body and technical skills. Mental training is the future of leadership, business, and sport, so be ahead of the curve and learn how to make mindset training a vital and consistent part of your professional development!

Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring esteemed leaders. In this 60-minute virtual event, our panelists will delve into the challenges, triumphs, and strategies for success as leaders of color in higher education, with time dedicated to prepared questions followed by engaging with audience Q&A.

Wednesday, March 6 – Gentle Chair Yoga
With Joanne Greene, Health & Wellness Executive Director, UREC
Join this remote Yoga class from the comfort of your own space. In this low-intensity yoga class, we will modify and conduct all poses and stretches while seated, making this a great option for beginners or those needing additional support. This is also suitable for those wanting to supplement their work day with a quick mid-day mindfulness and stretching break, perhaps on the office chair. We will work to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness and complete our yoga practice feeling resilient and refreshed.

Thursday, March 7 – AP Contribution Awards
The APAC Contribution Awards recognize Administrative Professionals (APs) who have made exceptional contributions to Washington State University and their respective areas or units. This award highlights nominees for exemplary productivity, innovative problem solving, positive working relationships, and university and community service.
Join us and your colleagues in recognizing the AP’s nominated for this award. A total of six awards will be selected based on representation and work location. The award recipients will receive $1000.
