    1. Council Member Attendance: Brandon Fris, Kasi Balmforth, Gretchen Hormel, Stephanie Leeper, Brady Aldrich, Karla Ealy-Marroquin, Jenny Glass, Spencer Desmarais, Sarah English, Mike Gotch, Lisa hunter, Jesse Flowers. Twelve (12) Council and Alternate members present, ten (10) members absent, and fifty-four (54) non-voting members present.
